POLITICAL ENTEREPRISE

Remember the good old days when a political campaign was to select a leader. Now it is a way for TV and radio stations to make money and candidates to sell books. Turn on the TV and watch the endless stream of paid advertisement after paid advertisement. Look at the circus surrounding the Republican debates as evidenced by the day-by-day broadcasting of the amount of funds raised by each candidate. The ads don’t tell you about the candidates policy positions or much else. However, the debates turn off voters because they revel that “Republican” candidates’ collectively glorify wealth and demean workers in America. When I say wealth, of course I mean their personal wealth. URL: firetreepub.blogspot.com Comments Invited and not moderated
