ORANGE ANIMAS RIVER MISDIRECTED BLAME

How is it that people are blaming the EPA for a mess left by an abandoned gold mining company? So, the government made a mistake but it was a damn mining company that should have cleaned up the mess, not the EPA.I can hear the Republicans hate government machine wanting to defund EPA because of it.
