DZHOKHAR TSARNAEV SHOULD DIE

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev should be put to death by “we the people” but not to punish him for his crime against the marathon bombing. Killing someone to punish them is ridiculous at all levels. We punish someone to teach him or her not to repeat bad behavior. Obviously, if you kill someone, you teach him or her nothing. In addition, there is only one justification for killing someone, which is self-preservation. My conclusion, as a bleeding heart liberal, is that he should die to protect society. In prison, he will be a danger to fellow prisoners, guards, etc. because he will continue to harbor the ingrained hate his parents have taught him and his brother have been taught from childhood. By committing this crime, he proved he would act on that hate.
