The power to tax is the power to destroy is an old political
axiom. In the age of the internet, the new axiom might be “the power to “crawl
is the power to destroy”. What this means is that some programmer has read our web
post and indexed it. This means that if your post is not indexed you are not
seen on the internet: the World Wide Web does not see your post.
