The IRS is guilty of targeting investigating 501(c)
organizations when they apply for tax-free status. Good for them! If I were an IRS agent, a Senator or the
President, I would not allow tax-free status for such organizations. It is ridiculous
that they would even apply. It shows the contempt the economic elite have for
the law, which clearly states that tax-exempt status does not apply as follows:
politically active organization. The law
reads:
Organizations
described in section 501(c)(3) are prohibited from conducting political campaign activities to intervene in elections to public office.[28] The Internal Revenue Service website
elaborates upon this prohibition as follows:
Under
the Internal Revenue Code, all section 501(c)(3) organizations are absolutely
prohibited from directly or indirectly participating in, or intervening in, any
political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for
elective public office. Contributions to political campaign funds or public
statements of position (verbal or written) made on behalf of the organization
in favor of or in opposition to any candidate for public office clearly violate
the prohibition against political campaign activity. Violating this
prohibition may result in denial or revocation of tax-exempt status and the
imposition of certain excise taxes.

Does anyone in the right mind not see that the Tea Party exists to promote
radical Republicans for office? In the words of Red FOX, “Are you going to
believe me or you lying eyes?” You cannot turn on FOX-TV or listen to talk radio
without hearing a Tea Party endorsement of a Republican or condemning a
Democrat, a hundred times an hour. The threat of primary challenges to any
Congressional Representative in State or Federal election is the work of the
Tea Party. They even extend down to school boards and city elections.
In my mind, Tea party application do not deserve to be even
consider for tax free status—I would throw their applications in the trash upon
receipt. What the current fracas proves to me is that the Republican Party is
using every ounce of their being, TV, radio, newspapers, and magazines to create
a smoke screen to cover their corruption of the electoral process in the United
States. Their hope seems to be that the American people will not hear the truth
above their screams of injustice. The Tea Party, as a political organization,
has committed a criminal act by falsely applying for tax-exempt status. The
Tea party organization does not deserve our sympathy for mistreatment at the
hands of the IRS; they deserve to be prosecuted by the attorney General. They
are in essence illegally using taxpayers dollars to fund candidates who what to
drown our government in a bathtub.
