Isn’t there some kind of penalty for bringing a trivial law suite to court? Shouldn’t there be some kind of penalty for doing the same in the Congress of the United States. Republican Darryl Issa should be punished for bring contempt charges against a President’s Cabinet member when there is absolutely no basis for such a charge. In addition, the people in his legislative district (49th California) should punish him for malfeasance of office. He is in congress because of them, and they should be ashamed. If they don’t they can never complain about bad government.
