Warning to the
American people: Obama negotiated a great climate and air quality control deal
with China. Just in case you forgot, you just voted in a Republican (Koch Bros)
controlled Congress, which has to ratify any treaty made. If you think the Koch
brother will agrees to curtail their greed by protecting the environment, guess
again. I will bet money Congress will not approve that treaty.
