Only an idiot would attack an employee for doing their job
right but that is exactly what Republicans are asking the administration to do
to hard working IRS employees. The Karl Roves among us have found another way
to cheat, yet another way for the taxpayers to subsidize his campaign skullduggery.
The 501C legislation has 29 categories of organization the can apply for tax-free
status. The little number you see after the “C” in newspaper articles refers to
one of those categories. A number 3 means an organization is there to help educate
people while the number 4 means the purpose of the organization is “exclusively”
for social welfare. Karl uses 501: C (4)’s. If you have ever seen one of his ads,
you know it is not only politics but also it is an ad with questionable ethical
standards. The IRS has judged some of them exist “exclusively for social
welfare” therefore money collected and spent is tax-free. Good people like you
and me are subsidizing these ads; they are unethical, unfair and just plain
wrong.
Think about it; greed know no bounds; attacking the IRS for
doing their job is intended to loosen up the rules so more organizations like
Rove’s can receive taxpayer subsidies. I
say the President should direct the IRS to refuse all Tea Party organizations
the right to lie, cheat, and steal. They are not there to help they are
there to hurt. Obama is already the greatest president we have ever had and his
presidency will get only better, especially if he increases regulations
designed to prevent electoral fraud.
