I find it interesting that 115 Cardinals at the Vatican have
sealed all doors and windows, have instituted a secret panel of three of them to
count the votes for the new Pope, that they disguise their hand writing on the ballot,
and even have taken extreme measures to prevent electronic messaging from the “Cardinals
only” conclave. The message is load and clear; they do not trust each other. How can they, in good faith, ask the
millions of their Catholics followers to trust them?
