2ND AMENDMENT AND SUPREME COURT LOGIC

I have blogged several times on Firetreepub.blogspot.com that the 2nd amendment has been misread by the Supreme Court of the United States. Roberts, Scalia, Alito, and Thomas are acting like a team of co-conspirators. Any logical person reading the constitution in 2012 would read the words as they are written:

Article 1, Section 8, item 15, which delineates the powers of congress; “to provide for the calling forth of the Militia too execute the Laws of the Union, suppress insurrections and repel invasions;”

Amendment II [1791]: A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of all people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

How can anyone read the words “execute the Laws of the Union, suppress insurrections and repel invasions” to mean the Congress of the United States would call on individuals with assault weapons or deer rifles in 2012 to do these things. In fact, the Congress of the Untied States cannot call forth State Militias to do these things unless the governors had a well-regulated militia and approve of their activation.  The Founding Fathers limited the right to bear arms to “well regulated Militias” and not a bunch of survivalist and anarchists. How these radical Judges could read these words the way they did unless they had a hidden motive for reading it the way they did. I cannot even imagine what to them would be a reasonable motive. I do not like to think it is true but they appear to be under the influence of extreme right wing individuals and groups. Remember the radical John Birch Society (JBS) born out of the conflict between communism and extreme rightwing politicians: extreme of both, now headquartered in Grand Shute, Wisconsin, the home state of a group of radical politicians: Scott Walker, Paul Ryan, Johnson, and Sensenbrenner, for example. Did you know that the father of David and Charles Koch was co-founder and principle source of funds for the John Birch Society? Have you forgotten that the JBS found a communist under every rock in the United States and even the world? There Webb site is filled with hate. They reduced the argument to workers (communists) against the industrialist (oligarchy).  The radical communist took over Russia and the extreme right wing took over Germany. Is this a reorder and replay of that tired old hate the government argument until you have control of it? Is the JBS succeeding? Is the Supreme Court the tip of a much larger iceberg?  I cannot explain what is going on.
