Paul Ryan is a radical right-winger. By definition, radicals
are a minority. If that were not true, people would not call them radicals. When
the first reactions to Paul Ryan’s appointment as a VP candidate were
not good, even among most conservatives, it should have been no
surprise. The radical elements of the conservative party only talk to one
another as evidenced by FOX News, Glen Beck, Anne Coulter, Reince Priebus, Jim
DeMint, Rush Limbaugh. The list seems long but with three million plus people
in the country, it is very, very small. It
only seems large because public media is control by the very rich. If you want to
forecast the results of the presidential election between Obama and Romney look
at the results of the Goldwater-Johnson elections. He espoused the same basic radial
ideas as Ryan only modified by 48 years; thanks to public web sites like Google,
Facebook, etc, the entire country knows what those ideas are and they are
radical.
