OBAMA ASK CONGRESS TO OVERTURN CITIZENS UNITED

I really like Obama’s focus on the six progressive initiatives proposed for the up coming four years. What the administration left dangling in the wind was the Supreme Courts dastardly Citizens United Decision. This ill conceived and questionably enacted decision to allow corporations to corrupt the one-man one-vote basis of our government was wrong and everyone knows it is wrong. It was ill conceived because the political advocates designed it to do just what it is doing, which is to thwart the will of the majority. It was questionable because of suspicion of corruption of certain justices by the Koch brothers and the "out of the main stream" Justices founded the decision on notes written on court documents and not judicial rulings. It was clearly a blatant case of political interference in a judicial process. The America people should overturned the Supreme Court decision by a Constitutional Amendment before it blows our democracy away. Obama will have to strong arm congress in to doing it because he has to work with the best Congress corporate money can buy.
